Dear Patients, Friends & Families:
We hope this letter finds you in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months and all of us are looking forward to resuming various routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection and prevention control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. The process is designed to deliver care that is both safe and comfortable.
You will see some changes on your next appointment, all of which are aligned with the guidelines of Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Dental Association & College.
- Our office will communicate with you beforehand appointments to ask screening questions.
- We will not see patients with symptoms or signs of any illness that is not a pre-existing and known. Likewise, we ask our patients to present healthy, pass a temperature screen, and consent to the visit.
- We dispense hand sanitizer after you hand-wash upon arriving at the office.
- Be assured that the same health questionnaire and temperature recording will be taken for each and every one of our own team members or contractors when they arrive to work.
- Our reception areahas been streamlined without newspapers, books, or refreshments.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients and to maximize your visit. Please observe all markings, signage and directions.
- We also have new clinic hours 7am – 7pm (7-1pm Fri) and Sat 8-2pm (except long-wkds)
- The most vulnerable patients in our community will be typically appointed in the mornings.
- As has been and now even more, PPE is worn by our trained staff.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have.A tele-health consultation can also be easily arranged and in some cases will be the first thing we do.

If you have a pre-booked hygiene appointment, our staff will be reaching out to you shortly. Many of these appointments will have to be reappointed as our new schedule allows.
