I will first preface this rating with two admissions; 1 - I am not a fan of having dental work 2 - I planned poorly this time and scheduled cavity work in addition to a cleaning. You can maybe chalk this up to two visits being worse than 1 or maybe just poor planning. The team at West Calgary Dental Group was outstanding. They were like a Nascar pit crew in my mouth; efficient, detailed and explaining what they were doing the entire time to alleviate my fear (I fancy myself a rugged outdoorsman but I really fear needles and drills in my mouth). To top it off, the entire time the team were working they were conversing about daily life making me feel like I was part of their "bookclub". Great job! Thanks for being a great dental team. I always have a positive experience when I visit West Calgary Dental Group. Whenever I have to make an appointment, the staff is always able to find me a time that works well for me.
